Q. What area do you cover?
A. The Sunshine Coast for any installations, however we can supply DIY Kits for both the gates and auto openers, so regardless of where you are in Australia you can have one of our custom made gates and/or an auto opener as long as you are prepared to fit it yourself. A comprehensive installation guide will be provided. This option will of course have shipping added to the overall cost.
Q. What is the lead time from when my gate is ordered to when it is fitted?
A. Depending on the number of jobs already in - but generally four to six weeks.
Q. How long does the installation take?
A. Generally one to two days - as a one person installer, it can take a little time!
Q. What are the choice of colours I can have for my gate?
A. Please check the powder coat colour chart on our powder coater's website (via the link on the products & services page).
Q. Can you quote for a gate from a drawing?
A. Yes. I would require a basic design and measurements of the gate opening. It would be best to give us a call and we can discuss the necessary details that are required.
